The role of Product Manager is a pivotal position on the development team and its focus is to ensure execution of development plan and delivery of new features. This person will be involved in all aspects of the development from requirement gathering, story development, delivery management, and performance troubleshooting.

- Responsible for delivery of value through software development to internal and external users
- As a product owner, gather business requirements, manage user expectations and provide vision to development team to produce effective product features.
- Turn product features into epics and story backlogs. Plan, prioritize and manage delivery of backlogs ensuring that team has adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on every Sprint
- Ensure quality level of delivery by actively participating in release process
- Manage and lead daily scrum process with cross-functional remote development team
- Report on progress to stakeholders and IT management
- Coordinate releases with development team and relevant stakeholders
- Communicate changes to users and educate training team and helpdesk
- Understand complex business processes to gather feature requirements from users of many different backgrounds, break requirements down into user-centric work items, and review process and work items with development team
- Maintain product roadmap, and manage ongoing priority and backlog in a quickly evolving environment
- Perform and coordinate manual and automated QA, and oversee product health
- Serve as point of escalation for issues and concerns of the product
- Facilitate communication with internal departments to understand user needs to extract potential improvements
- Serve as liaison between the business and development team for integrations and M&As.
- Conduct resource management with development contract provider.

- Experience leading Agile cross-functional team with Scrum methodology
- 3 years’ experience as a software product owner
- Effective written and verbal communicator who is comfortable talking to a wide range of stakeholders from technical staff to executives to understand their needs and drive product strategy
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
- Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders

- Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
